Beautiful and spacious 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath 2200 sq ft custom waterfront home with large front yard and fenced backyard with outdoor hot tub and 3 boat U-shaped dock located in the gorgeous Tahoe Keys waterfront community.
Three huge bedrooms with queen beds, full/full bunkbed, queen futon and three full bathrooms. Tankless water heater for unlimited hot water. No waiting to shower!
Spacious great room has queen leather sofabeds, leather loveseat, leather chair with ottoman, Flat Screen TV, Surround Sound Stereo with CD and DVD player. Beautiful river rock stone gas fireplace with views of Mt. Tallac and Mt. Heavenly. Two car garageplus plowed driveway and walkway for easy access.
Two bathrooms upstairs have their own jacuzzi tubs. All bathrooms are complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bubble bath, kleenex and q tips. Well appointed gourmet kitchen with all the amenities of home. Playpen, Baby Monitor, High chair and
baby gate provided for your little one.
Breakfast nook with four swivel stools. Eight seat round Kitchen table is great for Poker and family dinners. Just bring your gear and you’re ready for your next ski trip or summer vacation. Relax in the spring and fall without the crowds. Boat dock is right out back with room for three boats. Relax on the dock and fish or swim right into the water or walk a few
blocks down to the beach

pine-scented atmosphere. A long sought-after vacation destination, Lake Tahoe keeps everyone’s interests piqued and their vacations active throughout the year. Lake Tahoe is the nation’s second deepest lake, and the area previously served as a transcontinental route for first the railroad and later highways. As roadside stops increased in the area, so did the bustle, attracting travelers who were taken by the lake’s beauty and wealth of activities. Over the course of the 20th century, the area blossomed into a scenic locale adored by visitors and locals alike.
South Lake Tahoe
If there's a city in the Lake Tahoe area, South Lake Tahoe is it. It has traffic and more restaurants and hotels and attractions than the other lake towns. It also has the whole casino vibe right beside it.
It has a hustle-bustle energy that you just don't find in the other Lake Tahoe spots unless it's July 4th or a particularly good ski day. It also has a plethora of great resorts and a reputation as a preferred location for High Sierra weddings. There's lots going on in here.
